    The "AGREE tool" is an instrument that can be used to assess the research quality of clinical practice guidelines. It can be used by policy makers, educators, guidelines developers and health care providers like CNS, NPs, MDs, administrators, etc. It contains 23 key items that focus on things like scope and purpose, rigor of development, applicability, clarity and presentation.
